Louis Whitcomb
Professor, Mechanical Engineering
Louis Whitcomb, Professor of Mechanical Engineering, along with his graduate students and collaborators at the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution, is developing innovative navigation control software that will maneuver a deep submersible craft, the Hybrid Remotely Operated Vehicle (HROV).
